Our services are delivered over a 12-month contract period that can start at your convenience. They are billed at a single, low monthly rate, with the flexibility to purchase additional ‘surge support packages’ whenever you need extra support from our specialists.
There are two foundational packages to choose from:

Both of our packages include two cyber security enhancements in key threat and risk areas, that give you immediate piece of mind and extended coverage. These services are provided at No Cost to all of our Foundational Managed Services clients.

For organisations seeking extra assurance, our Digital Forensics Incident Response (DFIR) Retainer provides proactive and reactive support tailored to your needs.
This includes a dedicated incident response hotline and email for immediate assistance, a complimentary review of your existing incident response plans and playbooks, and seven days of on-call DFIR support during an incident.
Additionally, unused response days convert into six proactive service credits for initiatives such as tabletop exercises or threat hunting, ensuring you derive maximum value from the retainer.
