Brett is the Co-Founder & CCO of NSB Cyber and a Chartered Accountant (SA) with 20 years of experience spanning Finance, Operations, Audit and Risk.
Specialising in high change environments, he has spent the last 12 years in senior leadership positions within large corporates including multi nationals leading large diverse teams through uncertainty.
Mariam Shelbourne

Mariam is currently the Head of Compliance, Risk, Legal and People at Wilsons. She joined Wilsons in 2020 after spending 5 years as a director at a leading boutique advisory firm and prior to that held senior compliance and governance roles with Man Investments Australia, JP Morgan and Ord Minnett.
In her role she is responsible for ensuring the management of risks including regulatory, information, cyber and fraud risk and supports them in implementing frameworks to effectively manage those risks. She also assists in responding to regulatory breaches, regulatory enquiries and investigations.

She has over 20 years of experience assisting department heads with expert advice to enhance overall team efficiencies.

Catherine is the Brand and Marketing Lead of NSB Cyber.
She has over 20 years experience in the IT industry working in computer forensics, electronic discovery, litigation support, systems administration and website hosting. Catherine now specialises in brand and marketing, social media marketing, website design and SEO analysis & reporting.

Brittany is the Growth Lead of NSB Cyber, partnering with clients to design and deliver tailored, bespoke cyber solutions. With 6 years of specialist cyber recruitment experience, she has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by cyber security practitioners.
Her commitment to building meaningful relationships has established her as a trusted partner in the industry. Additionally, Brittany is the Chapter Lead for the Australian Women in Security Network (AWSN) and thrives in people oriented environments.

Evan is a Cyber Director of NSB Cyber with a passion in Cyber Security, Ransomware and Threat Intelligence.
He has over 11 years of experience working in the Information Technology and Services industry. Working previously as a Manager in Cyber & Forensic Technology in a leading advisory firm and more recently as Cyber Incident Responder & Threat Intelligence Manager for Australia’s largest airline.
John Truong

John is a Cyber Director of NSB Cyber and a specialist in Digital Forensics, Cyber Security Incident Handling and Cyber Defence Managed Services.
He brings a great depth of experience to NSB Cyber from 15 years of capability development, practice leadership and operational service in both the Australian Federal Police Digital Forensics Division, and as an Intelligence Officer (active reservist) of the Royal Australian Air Force.

She has over 5 years experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Information Security Management and Corporate Risk in a leading global fin-tech and more recently at a leading Australian cybersecurity consultancy firm. Zara is also a certified ISO27001 Lead Auditor and a member of AWSN.

He has over 8 years of experience in detecting and responding to incidents from previous roles in both consulting firms and as part of in-house security operations teams.

With over 7 years of experience in IT between management and consulting, Alessio has focused his career around Offensive Security and Ethical Hacking.
Before joining NSB Cyber, he worked with a leading global consultancy firm, where he honed his skills in identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities to enhance clients’ security posture. Alessio has successfully delivered multiple penetration testing projects for clients across diverse industries, helping them identify weaknesses in their systems and strengthen their defences against cyber threats.

Adrian is a Cyber Analyst of NSB Cyber.
He recently graduated with a Masters of Cyber Security Analysis and Intelligence at Macquarie University in November 2023 after completing his Bachelor of Security Studies in 2021.
Adrian recently completed an internship at a leading Australian boutique Cyber advisory firm prior to joining the team at NSB Cyber. He continues to develop his skills in the cyber resilience, digital forensics & incident response and cyber threat intelligence disciplines.
Anisha Gautam

Anisha is a Cyber Analyst of NSB Cyber, with a focus on Cyber Response & Recovery and Cyber Threat Intelligence.
She has many years of generalist IT services and operations knowledge and experience, having worked in industry at a Managed Services Provider in the early stages of her career. Most recently Anisha operated as part of a Cyber Incident Response team at one of Australia’s leading Cyber Insurance providers.
